We undertake various Kitchen and Bathroom projects from smaller ad-hoc and ‘mop-up’ programmes to significant Decent Homes component replacement projects spanning all region’s and across multiple year investment programmes.
We understand kitchen and bathroom refurbishments can be extremely disruptive to residents and that communication is especially important during projects in occupied homes. Our experienced site management and resident liaison officers, evidenced through our TPAS accreditation, ensure consistent and effective communication throughout all stages of the project with additional assistance also available where residents require it.

Disability Adaptations
We understand the effect specific adaptions can have on the quality of life for residents. We will work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists to ensure the adaptations are fit for purpose with the residents needs at the centre of all design decisions.
Our experience ranges from minimal grab rail installation to full wet room accessible bathrooms.
